Prayer to Saint Abda

O Saint Abda,
Friend of the children and protector of the adults.
Bearer of the Gospel's torch illuminating the paths with it so you return the strayed to the truth, and disperse darkness from everywhere you went to.
A brave leader that did not apprehend the enemy and did not fear the threatens of the evils.
A soldier that contended his entire life to spread love and eradicate the strays, and so planted the teachings of Christ in the hearts.
Patron of the children and protector of their innocence such as your master Jesus Christ.
You restored their life with your intercession, and with life you granted them support and health and blessing.
We request from you Saint Abda, so please listen to us and respond to our prayers and give us your belief.
Fulfill our demands and have mercy upon our weakness, and keep the bitterness of sterility away from the mates.
We came to you from the near and far places for our confidence in you is great such as your love to our children is great.
Listen to our appeals and always stay with us wherever we were.
